It all started with a dream. 2 brothers from rural Georgia came to Atlanta to make it big in the restaurant business. With an indomitable entrepreneurial spirit, Paschal's Restaurant was born and the house specialty became Robert Paschal's legendary fried chicken.

The trademark is specific to the Food and Beverage Industry in all of it's forms and variations of the Tradename Paschal's, ie Paschal's, Paschal's Restaurant, Paschal's Atlanta, Paschal's Bar , etc.  Any violation of Federal Law Protecting Trademarks will bear severe Criminal and Civil Penalties.
